Too often software design becomes disconnected from the root of the objectives it was meant to solve. Matt's core goal at RCC is to use technology to bring people together, putting people and our experiences first.

Armus brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in languages such as C, C++, Swift, .NET/C#, and Python. As a co-founder and Senior Developer at RCC, he's not only involved in coding but also plays a vital role in DevOps and systems architecture, ensuring that the technical foundation is robust and efficient. Outside of his professional work, Armus enjoys hobbies like working with microcontrollers, hiking, and engaging in 3D printing and modeling.

David holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington. His coding journey began there, eventually evolving into a mastery of C# and related technologies. Within RCC, David specializes in Blazor, excelling in both Server and WebAssembly applications. With the use of technologies like .NET, SignalR, SQL, and Neo4j, he adeptly tackles complex challenges. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and playing videogames, or working on his personal programming projects.

Having organized hundreds of his own events, and been involved with the production of 1000s of events ranging from live bands, wrestling matches, drag shows, edm, comedy, and themed events like Zombie Prom. Tony's real-world insight into creative collaboration is complemented by his background in Psychology and Social Work. For fun, Tony likes long walks on the beach.
